SAVE THE DATE – Tuesday April 29th, 2025
Our annual HOHA meeting will be held on Tuesday April 29th, 2025 at 6:30PM to 7:30PM in the Community Room at the City of the St. Charles Police Station. As per the CC&R you will be receiving a formal invitation via US Postal closer to the date of the meeting, which will be sent out towards the end of March.
During the meeting we will go through our normal business which includes reviewing expenses for last year and our budget. In addition, we will have two board positions that need to be voted upon during the meeting. If you are interested in serving on the board of directors, please e-mail hiddenoaks63303@gmail.com for more information or reach out to one of the existing directors on the board for more information.
2024 Assessment Rate Update:
The assessment for 2024 is increasing to $82.50 vs. the previous rate of $75.00. This increase was approved by a unanimous vote of directors and kept at no more than 10% per the covenant rules. The last increase was in 2005. The increase was needed as liability insurance that covers common ground increased by more than 25% this year.
If you have any immediate concerns please reach out to your board members directly. We will discuss the budget in further depth at our meeting in April.

2023 Annual Home Owners Association Meeting
6:30pm to 7:30pm at city hall 4th floor city council chambers.
2 positions on the board will be available.

2022 Annual Homeowners Meeting
It is Time for our Annual Home Owners meeting. It will be held in the Community room at the Police station on Zumbehl.
2 board members terms are completed and will have an election.

2021 HOA MEETING
Our annual meeting will be held at the community room in the police station. With limited numbers due to covid guidelines we are also working to broadcast live on FB as well.
This year we will be voting on one board position currently held by John Long. His current term has ended and he is planning to run again.
